I am yet to personally try this app (as I don't really have anyone I feel like "spying" on), but if you are the suspicious sort, then Spy SMS could be the app for you. After installing Spy SMS, you can then add a widget the users home screen. Once the widget is running it will then record what SMSs a person sends and receives, and send them to a remote location.
I don't know if I am a fan of apps like this - it is all very devious, but I am sure there are some people out there who would be thrilled to give it a try! It's not my cup of tea, but it may be yours, so give it a try and report back to me!
