After recently received an ICS UI update, their is no better time to give Google Translate a try. If you are a frequent traveler, have friends who speak other languages, or are even trying to learn a language yourself, then Google Translate is a must have application.
Google Translate allows you to quickly translate phrases between 64 languages. In addition to basic dictionary / translate features, it also includes the ability to talk into the device and have it "speak" your translated phrase. Although only in Alpha, this is a pretty cool feature.
You can also tell that some of the features from Google Googles have made their way into Google Translate, with the ability to scan text using your devices camera and have it translated now included.
All in all, the Google Translate experience is as good as ever, but with a new UI and some great extra features, it is worth checking out now more than ever.
