Meeting Minutes Pro is a simple, but powerful application to help you create, store and manage the meeting minutes, agenda items and action items. For anyone who seems to spend a lot of their time managing meetings, this app would be extremely functional, saving you both time and effort.
Although the User Interface is simple, there is a lot of power under the hood. You can create, update and view meetings, including the participants, agendas and the discussion / action items. You can import meetings from third party calendars, filter meetings, and then export actions items and emails into pdf's or HTML. Action items can be synced to calendars, and you can back up all your content automatically.
All in all, Meeting Minutes Pro is an excellent app - well worth the download!

Meeting Minutes Pro is a simple but powerful, user-friendly and intuitive app to Organize, Store and Track Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items. It has a simple, easy to use, UI and focuses more on extremely useful functionality than the UI itself. It supports the following features:
1) Create, Update and View Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items
2) Import Meetings and Participants from Calendar to save time and improve efficiency(requires Android ICS or above)
3) Filter Meetings and Action Items on a bunch of parameters
4) Export/Email Meeting Minutes into a professional, simple and clear PDF or HTML format
5) Export/Email Action Items into a comma separated values file that can be used with any spreadsheet software
6) Sync Action Items to Calendar
7) Export database for backup/recovery purposes.Exported database is encrypted to protect the contents.
