This is a bit of an unusual application, but will certainly be of use for the those readers who are (a) single, and (b) like to party. In short, PicApp Bar is a simple application designed to help you decide whether or not to go to a party, based on the male/female ratio of those who have decided to attend, plus based on a quick photo gallery of every who will be there.
Is it shallow? Yes. Will everyone find it useful? No. Should people still download it and check it out (especially if they meet the two requirements I discussed in the above paragraph) - YES! This app works brilliantly whether you are either male or female, and will surely be useful if you are on the hunt for a significant other and have plenty of options to fill up your social calendar.
Good news - the application is free, so everyone will be able to quickly check out the girls to guys ratio of their events, but there are some features that can be used only in the payed version - for example: getting into a user Facebook profile of High-Res photos. Luckily, you can purchase the full version from the settings page or when trying to use one of these features (a dialog is opened). The full version cost only $0.99.
