FaceApp - despite the controversy there's a reason it is popular!

FaceApp is high in the ranks of then Google Play store at the moment, and despite the controversies of white-washing, there's a reason. In short, it's really fun, simple to use and an all round well-designed app that has some great filters and effects.
The purpose of the app is simple - simply load it up, take a photo, play with a few dials and then before you know it there's your desired outcome - whether it be a new gender, a younger self, an older self - etc. You name it - FaceApp can do it.
Check it out today, it's one of those apps well worth downloading and spending a few minutes with!

Review: Coral Casino

Today I’m having a look at the Coral Casino gaming website. This is another excellent casino gaming resource that can be accessed via a laptop, tablet or mobile and it certainly made for a good evening’s entertainment. With plenty of fun gameplay options and some colourful graphics, it kept me coming back for more - and that wasn’t because of the daily cashdrops either!
Playing casino games might seem a little retro, but the team at Coral have done a great job on updating many traditional games like roulette, poker and blackjack with a new twist for the 21st century.

In particular, the simple game of roulette has been made a lot more fun thanks to Coral’s Live Roulette that brings live deals and real-time gameplay to your living room. It can be a pretty surreal experience to have a real-life croupier instructing you through the gameplay as you’re sat at home, but the £500 in cash on offer definitely added a further touch of realism!

AppLock Face/Voice Recognition

Today's app of the day is AppLock Face/Voice Recognition.

There are quite a few great app lockers on Google Play, many of which I have tried and tested over the years. It therefore takes something quite impressive to make me consider changing up my app lock - and AppLock Face/ Voice Recognition did just that!
So whats so impressive? Well for a start, it just works. You register some unlock phrases with your voice and then do the same with a screenshot of your face and before you know it you are unlocking important apps simply by glancing at your phone. Sound unsecured? Don't worry - the app features great combinations of security, meaning both face and voice recognition are required.
I set up the app and the registration process was hassle free. The app includes some really great set up tutorials, so no deep digging in menus or settings is required. Simply install, run and follow the instructions - it could not be easier. I was skeptical how it would work at first, but after onl…

Andoid N revealed! N is for.... Nougat!

It's now official, Android N has been revealed, with the next iteration of the OS taking the name of 'Nougat'. Announced on Snapchat and Twitter, and after a user campaign of name submissions, it's not a bad choice!
Introducing #AndroidNougat. Thank you, world, for all your sweet name ideas! #AndroidNRevealpic.twitter.com/7lIfDBwyBE — Android (@Android) June 30, 2016 Android N will bring a variety of new features to the OS such as slit screen multitasking and Daydream (Google's new VR platform). Due for release over the next few months, keep an eye out for the inevitably slow roll out of manufacture updates!

It also opens the door to the next all important question - what will Android O be called? Orange seems like the obvious choice, but time will tell whether they go for something a little different, such as 'Orange Juice' or whether they get in bed with another product such as Orbit Gum. It will be interesting!
